  Yes, I agree with the others that there is no customer service. They don't need to. Check out their FB page and website. This is not the place to expect to be entertained and sit at the bar. With that, I went in, have my smart phone on hand on the wine list (they have one at the counter) and tried the wines I wanted. It's French-American hybrids (tried and tested over the years) that are estate bottled. It is more on the dry side. Bought my bottles and left (more like a self-guided tour). I'm sure if you ask if you can walk the vineyards, they'll agree but it was raining that day. Good wine at good price (discount over 6 bottles and per case). Unbelievable prices! They keep their cost down and the family business to bare bones compared to other wineries (marketing, tasting, entertaining, etc.) I'm only there for the wine and that's what I got.
